Monthly subscriptions
You can cancel anytime from your billing page. Cancellation stops future charges; the current billing period remains active. We do not pro-rate partial months.
Lifetime purchases
Lifetime plans are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not made meaningful use of paid features.
Billing issues
Charged in error or experiencing a billing problem? Email contact@clarivox.co within 14 days and we'll make it right.
How to request
Send your request from the email associated with your account along with the order reference. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
